Deux types d\u2019accompagnement sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s au sein des cellules de reconversion :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019accompagnement collectif <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les cellules de reconversion travaillent essentiellement autour de la dimension collective. L\u2019accompagnement est propos\u00e9 en groupe et int\u00e8gre des activit\u00e9s collectives telles que la r\u00e9daction de CV et de lettre de motivation, une pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019entretien d\u2019embauche, une aide dans la r\u00e9orientation professionnelle de l&#8217;individu, la r\u00e9alisation d&#8217;un bilan professionnel,\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette d\u00e9marche vise \u00e0 favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel des travailleurs suivis et leur permettre de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un r\u00e9seau n\u00e9cessaire et pr\u00e9cieux dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un projet professionnel. \u00a0<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019accompagnement individuel <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sous forme d\u2019entretien, le conseiller Forem construit avec le travailleur un projet professionnel et\/ou de vie adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ses besoins. Il l\u2019aide dans la r\u00e9alisation de son CV, recherche des offres d\u2019emploi en corr\u00e9lation avec son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle et le pr\u00e9pare aux entretiens d\u2019embauche au travers de simulations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019articulation de ces deux accompagnements apporte toute la richesse du travail social men\u00e9 au sein des cellules de reconversion et envisage les probl\u00e8mes sociaux d\u2019une autre mani\u00e8re : \u201cle faire ensemble\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un accompagnement collectif ou individuel pour vous aider dans votre projet professionnel !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":564,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[1],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.2.1 -
