Au terme de cet accompagnement, le but est que la personne licenci\u00e9e ai retrouv\u00e9 un travail ou soit dans un processus de reconversion afin d&#8217;\u00eatre r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le monde professionnel dans les meilleures conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos objectifs se r\u00e9sument donc comme suit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Amener le travailleur vers un <strong>nouvel emploi<\/strong> durable et de qualit\u00e9, dans lequel il s&#8217;\u00e9panouit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Accompagner le travailleur dans sa <strong>compr\u00e9hension du march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi<\/strong> et lui faciliter l&#8217;acc\u00e8s aux informations susceptibles de l&#8217;int\u00e9resser.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>Encadrer le travailleur<\/strong> et le soutenir tout au long de son parcours de reconversion et de r\u00e9insertion professionnelle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Renforcer le <strong>d\u00e9veloppement de son r\u00e9seau professionnel<\/strong> afin de lui faciliter l&#8217;acc\u00e8s aux opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>R\u00e9orienter le travailleur vers un <strong>projet professionnel ou de vie<\/strong> en
