C&#8217;est dans ce cadre que s&#8217;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e notre philosophie :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le maintien du lien social<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle les cellules de reconversion placent les travailleurs licenci\u00e9s au centre de leurs pr\u00e9occupations. Tout en accordant une importance particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la dynamique sociale et collective anciennement pr\u00e9sente au sein de l\u2019entreprise, la d\u00e9marche s\u2019appuie essentiellement sur la solidarit\u00e9 de groupe. Les travailleurs ont l\u2019occasion de maintenir le lien social en se rassemblant dans un lieu privil\u00e9gi\u00e9, un rep\u00e8re proche de leur domicile.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le d\u00e9veloppement du projet professionnel et du projet de vie<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les cellules de reconversion contribuent au d\u00e9veloppement du projet professionnel et\/ou de vie du travailleur. Le personnel en charge de la cellule tient compte des besoins du travailleur licenci\u00e9 tout en respectant son rythme de transition. Chaque travailleur aura l&#8217;occasion de choisir une formation adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 ses attentes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un soutien, un encadrement et une aide sociale de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le principe du dispositif est d\u2019\u00e9carter toute stigmatisation li\u00e9e \u00e0 la perte d\u2019emploi. Comment ? En s\u2019appuyant sur une logique de d\u00e9culpabilisation, laquelle est \u00e0 contre-courant de ce qu\u2019inculque notre Etat. Les cellules de reconversion ne con\u00e7oivent pas la perte d\u2019emploi comme un probl\u00e8me inh\u00e9rent au travailleur mais comme la cons\u00e9quence d\u2019un syst\u00e8me \u00e9conomique de plus en plus exigeant. Le travailleur ne se retrouve plus seul face \u00e0 sa recherche d\u2019emploi. Les cellules de reconversion proposent une prise en charge humaine et sociale du ch\u00f4mage. En effet, l\u2019encadrement et le soutien pr\u00e9vu au sein des cellules de reconversion facilite le travail de reconstruction et de valorisation.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:tadv\/classic-paragraph
