d&#8217;un partenariat entre deux organisations syndicales : la <span style=\"color: #14ab7a;\"><a style=\"color: #14ab7a;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fgtb.be\/\">FGTB<\/a><\/span> (repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le <span style=\"color: #14ab7a;\"><a style=\"color: #14ab7a;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cepag.be\/\">CEPAG<\/a><\/span>) et la <span style=\"color: #14ab7a;\"><a style=\"color: #14ab7a;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lacsc.be\/page-daccueil\">CSC<\/a><\/span> (<span style=\"color: #14ab7a;\"><a style=\"color: #14ab7a;\" href=\"http:\/\/resoasbl.be\/\">R\u00e9so asbl<\/a>)<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les accompagnateurs sociaux d\u00e9sign\u00e9s pour collaborer dans les cellules de reconversion sont d&#8217;anciens d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux d&#8217;entreprise. Leurs avantages ? Ils connaissent leur public, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que ce sont d&#8217;anciens membres du personnel et\/ou affili\u00e9s. En cellule, ils occupent un r\u00f4le d&#8217;<strong>interm\u00e9diaire<\/strong> entre la personne licenci\u00e9e et son employeur, le syndicat et les organismes concern\u00e9s comme par exemple l&#8217;ONEM, l&#8217;Office des pensions, \u2026\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a20bb4a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a20bb4a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, un accompagnateur social de la CSC et de la FGTB sont pr\u00e9sent. La r\u00e9partition s&#8217;\u00e9tablit comme suit :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un accompagnateur social permanent pour une entreprise de moins de 100 travailleurs.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un accompagnateur social d&#8217;entreprise pour 100 travailleurs et
