Toutes les entreprises de plus de 300 salari\u00e9s ont l\u2019obligation l\u00e9gale de n\u00e9gocier tous les trois ans sur cette th\u00e9matique. Cela comprend l\u2019identification de fiche de poste, de fiche d\u2019\u00e9valuation, \u00e9tat des lieux des comp\u00e9tences et la fa\u00e7on dont on peut les d\u00e9velopper, elementor-size-default\">L'information continue des travailleurs<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bd6e02 elementor-widget class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><b>Deux directives<\/b> principales renforcent la protection des travailleurs en cas de licenciements collectifs et leur permettent de d\u00e9velopper leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;information et une consultation en amont du processus de restructuration :<\/p><ul><li>La <i>directive 75\/129\/CEE<\/i> du Conseil concernant le rapprochement des l\u00e9gislations des \u00c9tats membres relatives aux licenciements collectifs (17 f\u00e9vrier 1975).<\/li><li>La<i> directive 2002\/14\/CE <\/i>du Parlement europ\u00e9en et du Conseil du 11 mars 2002 \u00e9tablissant un cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral relatif \u00e0 l\u2019information et la consultation des travailleurs dans la Communaut\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne (source: EUR-Lex).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-20 pluriannuels vont permettre le <b>d\u00e9veloppement des emplois, des comp\u00e9tences et des conditions de travail<\/b> dans les domaines plus importants. De fait, la loi relative aux <i>contrats de travail du 3 juillet 1978<\/i> pr\u00e9voit la possibilit\u00e9 pour l\u2019employeur de <b>suspendre, totalement ou partiellement, le contrat de travail de ses ouvriers pendant maximum 4 semaines<\/b>. Cela est possible \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 les difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques qui ne sont pas imputables \u00e0 l\u2019employeur emp\u00eachent le maintien du rythme de travail dans l\u2019entreprise. Apr\u00e8s la dur\u00e9e de la suspension, l\u2019employeur est oblig\u00e9 de remettre\u00a0 les ouvriers au travail durant 7 jours, sauf si la commission paritaire de l\u2019entreprise autorise le ch\u00f4mage temporaire durant une p\u00e9riode plus longue en raison d\u2019une conjoncture \u00e9conomique difficile. Cette p\u00e9riode de non-activit\u00e9 est financ\u00e9e par les pouvoirs publics (l\u2019Office Nationale pour l\u2019Emploi) via l\u2019octroi d\u2019allocations de ch\u00f4mage dont le montant d\u00e9pend de la situation personnelle des travailleurs concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-20 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-5c59c23\" data-id=\"5c59c23\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div
